Lizzard brain
My brain has an older part, and a newer part. The older part likes to sleep in, procrastinate & laze around. And the newer part often forgets it's in charge, and gets bossed about by the older brain.
But if I say (out loud), "Come on lizzard brain, I'm taking charge and getting up now", then it has to do what I say!
